Some questions I need to ask:
1. Is this insurance non-cancellable, automatically renewable?
2. Do you pay for chiropractic care?
3. Do you pay for preventive care, like annual physicals, mammograms?
4. Do you pay for “out of network” care, and if so, at what rate?
5. Do you include prescription drug service, and if so, what is the co-pay?
6. Is there a waiting period or pre-existing conditions exclusion period?
7. Do you have a Medicare supplement I can roll over into when I’m 65, without having to re-enroll?

When I “retire” from my current job (in a few years) I will no longer have health insurance. I do have a small business, so I decided to look into health insurance for myself through my business.
