Upon close scrutiny, you’ll find within the Obamacare proposals government parenting and grandparenting.  Home visits by government/state agents are indicated, whereby representatives will be able to “advise” those involved in children’s care on how to raise them.  This is under the guise of “health care.”
What we all wonder…are these simply suggestions?  Or will those raising children be required to follow the state’s agents’ advice.  Will this advice ignore parents and grandparents’ moral, ethical, and religious view in favor of state approved ones? Nothing has been formalized nor signed into legislation yet about President Obama’s proposed health care program, which he and some members of Congress are trying to push through in the next couple of weeks without anyone reading the entire 1,000+ pages.  Even Obama admits, in interviews, that he doesn’t know all that it contains.

I almost forgot – the other thing my CPA said both my husband and I need is a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care. it must be “durable,” so it can continue if you can’t make decisions for yourself. And you also need a living will. And you may also want to get a financial power of attorney.
