Whether you will succeed depends on how much work you put into it. I have found that my older clients have a better perspective on how to deal with clients and life and can do just as well as those in their 20s that are super excited about their first business venture. The one word of advice I would have for someone in older (or actually anyone to be honest) is talk to an attorney to make sure you protect yourself. You want to limit your liability (especially if you are closer to retirement than graduating from high school) to protect everything you have worked for prior to starting a business!

You are never too old to start a business!
