Ingredients of Your Business Plan Part 3

When you begin the process of writing your Business Plan, keep in mind there is a format that investors and specific information that investors want to see. So don’t modify the format. Like a good recipe, make sure you include all of the ingredients.

 Here is a simple format you can use:

1. Executive Summary

2. Business Section

        a. Company Description

        b. Organization and Management

3. Marketing Analysis Section

4. Financing Section

5. Management Section

There are multiple resources you can use to help you write your Business Plan. The Small Business Administration is always a great free resource. One of the best ways to help you get started is review other Business Plans. Here is a great place to see sample Business Plans.
