Global Warming - marketing with respect
Regardless of what you think about the Global Warming issue, the science and the hype a significant number of people believe it’s a serious situation. Playing the benefits of your product or service to that constituency is just smart business.
You have to recognize that the people who believe in the global warming issue are sincere. Respect that sincerity even if you do not share their point of view. That is the key to all successful marketing.
Don’t be phony. Don’t be disrespectful. Maybe most important, don’t let anyone else be disrespectful.

You are correct. If you do not believe in it, respect others’ views.
From the marketing perspective, though, whether or not you believe in it, you might want to think twice before incorporating “green” marketing into your plans. There are many pitfalls.
