Many move with mass,which is not correct.The essence of the above statement is that when prices move up to highest,no seller is found .Coreect decision is to sell all what you have even if laughed at.
Similarly when prices fall to lowest no buyer is found.Correct decion is to buy to the maximum extent even if laughed.
Actually these decions are correct.
